I did not want to leave, spent really great time and would recommend. The hotel was newly renovated and wonderful small, it met expectation, I greatly enjoyed its good location just next door to a metro station called Valdeacederas of Line 1, Madrid and the surrounding region and Plaza Castilla. The staff was really kind and check in was early.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was nice.- The location was great for our stay, within a 15-minute walk of Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.- The area was nice enough, near to a very short walk from all public transport, Plaza Castilla, and Metro.

best thing about this modest hotel is the quality/price for being Madrid. It is excellently located, with a garage available for 13 euros, next to an underground station, Kyo Towers. There are many services nearby, neighbourhood shops, fruit shops, Mercadona... At no time have we had the feeling that this is a dangerous neighbourhood. It is the third time I am in this hotel and as a base of operations to visit Madrid, for this price, I think it is excellent. bed was quite comfortable and shower had a lot of water. attention in reception very attentive, kind all the people we talked to.
The room had some smell of tobacco, I suppose some client smoked and they didn't manage to get rid of the stench completely, we were going to ask for another room but in the end we preferred to sleep. That's the only bad thing, but you should keep that in mind.

-Location and price. -Buffet breakfast, abundant; the range of salty products could be extended a little. -Good attention at the reception. -Good equipment in the room (double): wide single beds, which even make the room appear a little small; firm mattress without being hard; adequate lighting, both artificial and natural. -Bathroom: Spacious and equipped, including equipment for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties; good light. -Climate: Adequate; with simple but clear indication if temperature adjustment is required.
They're doing some work, I understand, on improvements, that we didn't mind. room door has a modern. new lock and opens with a card, it failed on one occasion, we went to the hotel staff and door was not opened in an orthodox manner, In the frame of the room door. box where the lock latch enters does not seem to be located or fixed properly to the frame, causing the door not to close perfectly, leaving a small space between frame and door, We recommend to check the track of the non-translucent curtain. because it doesn't close enough and very early in the morning it enters too much light,

Decent location close to both Madrid city and the surrounding area, as well as being near Wanda stadium, with a nearby eatery within walking distance.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With affordable prices and breakfast included, it's a great deal. I also appreciate their attention to detail, with rooms in good condition and some even offering balconies. The location near the Valdeacederas metro station is incredibly convenient, especially for exploring the city.
No significant issues were encountered during my stay.

Proximity to our son's apartment only 1km away, the prime reason for staying there.
Advertised as being in the "Heart of Madrid", which is untrue. Too warm at night, no instructions for heating or air-con. Incorrect instructions for tv. and phone. Curtains not working properly, as in so many hotels. Just minor things, but needing attention.

The room was clean exellent, and hotel staff is kind and nice persons :) The location of hotel was appropriate for my purposes.
The room was very small, not for two persons. A wardrobe, with one clothes hanger, also was small.

Location is great. Metro is 3 minutes. Supermarket (cross the road, name is %) and bars around the hotel and near metro were good. It took 17 minutes (rarly in the morning) to the airport and cost 28 euro (5 o'clock in the morning with one big trunk). Clean and safe.
You can hear the noize of next room. Simple breakfast. No freeze and electric pot.
